Edward G. Bitzer III, Ph.D., CEO
Edward G. Bitzer III, Ph.D. is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience consulting with organizations of all shapes and sizes, public and private. He is an expert in helping organizations solve their most pressing people challenges. Eddie is an author and public speaker on issues ranging from nuclear nonproliferation to psychological assessment and employee engagement. He received his M.A. from Xavier University and his Ph.D. from Colorado State University. Both in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Treston Knight, Psy.D., President
Dr. Knight is the president at HumanCapitalWorks. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Treston specializes in evidence-based interventions to improve individual and group performance. His areas of expertise include organizational assessment and change, leadership assessment and development, and strategic workforce management. Previously, as a Manager within Deloitte’s Federal Consulting Practice, he helped individuals and teams to raise their awareness, explore options for action, and choose the most appropriate actions to bring about change and improvement. He completed his graduate studies at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a PsyD in Organizational Psychology. His undergraduate degree is from the Ithaca College, in Applied Psychology with a minor in Business.
Dan Korelitz, M.S., SVP, Technology & Analytics
Dan Korelitz, Senior Vice President, leads Technology and Analytics research at HumanCapitalWorks. In this role, he advises HCW members on solutions to meet client’s needs with a focus on adopting AI into company practices. He brings work experience as a Quantitative Analyst and developer in the finance industry and a solid academic background to this role.
Prior to joining HCW, Dan was leading a team running a quantitative algorithmic portfolio of financial derivatives. His focus was researching and implementing the algorithms responsible for trading decisions of the portfolio. Dan holds a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from The University of Chicago and studied in the master’s degree in Computer Science at The University of Chicago. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Whitney Huskey, M.S., Manager
Whitney Huskey is a Manager for HumanCapitalWorks specializing in the National Security sector. In this role she advises clients on a variety of occupational analysis and performance management efforts. She brings work experience as a former Big 4 Management Consultant serving both federal and commercial clients. Prior to joining HCW, she consulted on a range of human capital needs for her clients including developing training programs, redesigning performance management systems, assessing exit and engagement surveys, and conducting organizational assessments. Whitney holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Tech.
